Below are some poems that have been sent to us or written by us, that we wanted to share with everyone. The poems are all written by Children and Young People with a Chronic Pain Condition.
There are so many talented young people out there and so many feelings are expressed through the poems. Some will make you cry whilst others might just make you laugh!!!
